Replacement of worn out components of 415v, 3 phase 110 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum star delta auto starter Installed at pumping station Ritti Barta stage-1st . The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. Replacement of damaged fault analyzer CB4SA unit and 110 ampere main power contactor-MNX-110-1no. with new components conforming to same rating and specifications as per old sample. Assembling the unit, shifting back to site and fitment thereof. Job further includes replacement of damaged 80mm dia NRV and coupling pulley set assembly at site with new CI 80mm dia NRV and coupling pulley set assembly respectively conforming to same rating and specifications. Subsequently testing of the electro mechanical equipments, without load and thereafter on full load.Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
