Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Scavenging and cleaning of Toilet Blocks inside Marine Dockyard Complex and Stage-I Jetty at Phoenix Bay Harbour Complex Marine, Sri Vijaya Puram under SD-IV, SVPND APWD, Sri Vijaya Puram during 2026-27.

Removal and disposal of night soil from inspection chambers, cleaning the blockage in pipes, including disposing the same upto 500m from chamber of size 0.6m X 0.6m, including cost of all labour charges and minor tools,etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal and disposal of night soil from septic tanks of 5 cum capacity, cleaning the blockage in pipes, including removal of night soil,soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber and disposing the same upto 500m from chamber,including cost of all labour charges and minor tools,etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the waste materials like garbages,debris, wastages, etc., lead upto 15km including cost of hire charges of truck with POL and operator, all labour charges,minor tools,etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Cleaning and maintenance of toilet blocks inside Marine Dockyard Complex including cleaning of IWC-44 units, EWC-27 units, urinals-43 units, water points-32 units, wash basins-78 units and bath room-25 units twice daily or more as per requirement using soap oil,phenyl,toilet cleaning agents such as Harpic/Domex or equivalent brand and loading the urinals/wash basins with napthalene balls/cubes ,Air freshners etc to keep the toilet utilities pathogen free.Cleaning of walls/floors of toilets daily to keep dust/stain free surface,including cleaning approach to toilet blocks daily. Apart from the above, the agency shall take care /clear any toilet blockage up to inspection chambers.The entire works shall be carried out by the agency duly employing required labours and supervisors from 0700 hrs to1600 hrs ,cleaning materials and necessary T&P etc.,complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
