Dismantaling of damage cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debrise away from work site etc complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil with all leads and lift including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the engineer- in- charge.

Filling in foundation trenches, plinths, sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling, watering and compacting / ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop (1:4:8) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. Complete. To the required levels including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:2:4) in road work using 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&p etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in worktest) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2" to ") crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending. binding and tying the grills.

7. Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Supplying all labour, materials & T&P for Brick masonary with Fly Ash bricks in Foundation & Plinth having C.S not less than 35 kg/Cm2 in Cement Mortar (1:4) including watering and curing etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
