Total Lump-sum Price for Design, engineering, supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of two cells of RCC cooling tower (extension of existing Cooling Tower CT-4) including final hook up/ Tie in with existing facilities on package basis for BS VI project, at Paradip Refinery with single point responsibility including but not limited to Project Management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, design & detailed engineering, Supply including - Procurement services of all required equipment/ Materials, Third party Inspection, all material required for fabrication and transportation, trial runs, PGTR , commissioning spares, mandatory spares, spares for start-up / pre-commissioning / commissioning; special tools & tackles, consumables, transportation upto site, receipt& unloading at site, accounting, storing & preservation of materials including all other activities incidental to procurement and supply, Construction, Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Testing, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and conducting Performance Guarantee Test Run, including final hook up/ Tie in with existing facilities on package basis for BS VI project, at Paradip Refinery; as per provisions of Bidding Document ; supply of all labour, materials, tools & tackles, providing construction aids and all safety devices for construction, all complete as per Bidding Document and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
