Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M. (CSI No. 15.11)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.)

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . (CSI No. 20.02)

Repair to 2.5 cm (1") cement concrete floor in patches including up to 10 cm.(4") depth renewing 8 cm.(3") base concrete consisting of one part cement, 4 parts aproved coarse sand and 8 parts of 4 cm.(1.5") gauge brick ballast as in C.C.floor consisting of one part cement 2 parts approved coarse sand and 4 parts approved stone grit including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 20.03)

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & three part of coarse sand (1:3), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 11.06)

S/mixing approved water proofing compound (CICO,DR FIXIT etc) in cement mortar in plaster or concrete work in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer.(CSI No. 11.15)

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) . (CSI No. 13.25)

Same as above in item no. 13.25 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint. (CSI No. 13.26)

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M. (CSI No. 15.12)

Supply and fixing of single leaf flush door shutter (boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S 2202 part – a (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, including their supply of approved anodized aluminum fitting.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950. (CSI No. 13.01)

As in item 13.01 above but for every coat on previously painted old wood or iron work including its sand papering,rubbing and cleaning as required, for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.03)

Providing and fixing steel glazed window and ventilators of standard rolled Mann or Mahavir steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 as per drawing joints metered & welded with 100x14x3.15 mm holdfast embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm. Size of 1:3:6 proportion I.E. First part of cement 3 part of approved coarse sand & 6 part of graded stone (aggregated 20mm. Nominal size) S/F of glass panes of plain pin headed 4mm. Thick nuts glazing clips and special putty of approved make complete and including a cost of red oxide paint. The fabrication should conform to I.S.1038-1975. (Aluminum beading with rubber packing included).

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.20)

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.22)

Same as in item no 13.22 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint . (CSI No. 13.23)

Supply and fixing of approved quality ceiling fan including all cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work.
