To perform such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part-I) & 2020 (Part-II) including errata amendments to date and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, I.A.F.W-2249 (General Conditions of Contract) during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of contract. Note :- The estimated amount shown in this Schedule shall be inclusive of (+) / (-) percentage quoted by contractor.
