Providing and fixing in position 32 mm. dia P.V.C flush pipe . Waste Pipe for Wash Basin including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Spreading over leaky roofs with bitumen paints at 0.45 kg per sq,m including sweeping, cleaning the roof with brushes , heating of the paints upto the required temperature, pouring it on the surface, spreading of necessary quantity of approved coarse sand 1 cft. per 100 sft. and including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 18mm thick kota stone in flooring or skirting over base cement mortar 1.4 mix and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including supply of all materials labourand T&P etc requried for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing of Previously work in small areas or old wood & Iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming Paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint ''Luxol'' or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S 103-1950.

M.S welded wire mesh 10 gauge 75x25mm size.

Supply and fixing brass polished hydraulic door closer of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of Syntex or equivalent make water storage tank including all materials, labours, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply and Laying 8 mm thick glazed floor tiles of So many, Johnson or equivalent make of size 300x300 mm, laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing complete, including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing galvanised mosquito proof jali(16x24 gauge) with M.S. flat of 20x3 mm, size on both sides screwed or welded to window or door frame.

Providing and fixing CP BRASS BIB COCK 15 mm dia HEAVY QUALITY ( 400 gm) (L & K and equi.) fitting, ISI mark heavy quality including supply of all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Polishing of marble floor by cleaning with carborandum stone after washing with tartre cleaning powder etc. and finally with french mansion polish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

First class brick work in 1:4 Cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Precast cement concrete door sills, chaukhats boundary posts, shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3, excluding reinforcement but including fixig the same in position including cost of all other material, labour and T&P.

TMT/T or steel in plain work suchas reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overtapping shall be measured (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Supply and fixing of LED Tube Light batten fitting suitable for up to 1 X 22 watt LED tube light on surface complete in all respect. (PSI 1413 A) CAT-AA

Supply and fixing of LED Street light fititng having die cast aluminium body and diffuser with driver set suitable for 30Watt. To 40 Watt. Confirming ot IP 66 protection complete in all respect.(PSI 1420) CAT-AA
