Providing & making RCC foundation of 1300mm(H)X600mmX600mm size with 1:1.5:3(1Cement, 1.5 Coarse, 3 Stone aggregate) complete with 12mm dia. M.S. bar for reinforcement along with centering & shuttering i/c supplying & fixing 600mm long , 16mm dia J type G.I, coated foundation bolt/ Anchor bolt with template suitable for 6.0mtr octogonal Pole 100mm dia 600mm length corgated pipe complete with excavation the soil & refilling, ramming, curing etc. as reqd.

a) 06 meter Octogonal Galvanized Pole

Supply & errection of flange mounted 6mtrs long hot dip galvanized Octangonal Pole of following height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having top dia-70mm & bottom dia of 130 mm complete with average coating thickness of atleast 65 micron.( Subham poles (Bangalore) / Bajaj / Kumaran Poles / L&T/Lysaght/Valmont.). The galvanizing shall be done in single dipping. There shall not be any circumferential welding. Pole shall have door of approximate 300 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. Pole shall have galvanized base plate of size 220 mm x 220mm x 12 mm thick with provision of holes for 4 no. 20mm dia bolt. including supplying and fixing the following in the window box provided for cable termination a) Supplying and fixing 6mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and including providing and welding 02 nos G.I. strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing 63 Amps terminal block, suitable for 10 sq.mm conductor- 04 nos & shorting links- 05 nos. on DIN Channel including providing. And fixing DIN Channel of suitable length- 01 nos on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amps, SPMCB, “C” curve 10 KA- 02 nos,(Legrand/ABB/Schneider Acti-9 /Siemens make) Earth stud 02 nos, welded at suitable height, washers, springs washers & nuts.

Supply fixing of galvanized pole bracket (arms) of approved design suitable for above mentioned existing a pole size completed in all respects with proper fabrication for installation of above street lighting fittings on the top of steel tubular poles.

Single arm 1 meter long with an angle as per requirement.

Double arm 1 meter long from both sides with an angle as per requirement.

Supplying and laying of 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. (Havells/Polycab/Paramount/KEI /Anchor make)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying, testing and connecting PVC sheathed armoured xlpe Al cable ( Havells/ Polycab/Paramount Make) of different sizes from pole to pole and from main panel to sub-panels.

a) 70 mm sq 3.5 core.

b) 16 mm sq 2 core.

Providing and making of end termination of the following 3 ½ LT cable including Thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements (dowels/3D make)

a) 70 mm sq 3.5 core.

c) 16 mm sq 2 core.

Providng laying and fixing of PVC pipe (B- class ) of 50 mm dia medium duty along with accessories bends collar etc for laying of LT cables (Prince/Polytec/ Polycab / Finolex ) make.

Supplying and embedding 100mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation/ road cross for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape, excavation and cement concreting complete as required at site (Surya Prakash /Jindal)
