JOB Work for Consultancy Service For Design and Engineering of Sewage Treatment Plant at NDA Khadakwasla

(A) Study of design and drawing of Sewage Treatment Plant based on MBBR technology having capacity 1.7 & 2.2 mld prepared by D&C, Pune. (B) Providing Design, BOQ, Particular specifications, Process & hydraulic drawing for Electromechanical equipment of 1.7 & 2.2 mld plant as per the drawings. (C) Providing Design, drawing, BOQ and Particular specifications with Process, hydraulic, fabrication and structural drawings for 54 kld Prefabricated packaged sewage treatment plant based on MBBR technology including all civil structural drawings & schedule. (D) The Design, schedule and specification of sewage treatment plant including all related civil, electrical & mechanical should be based on MBBR technology to treat entire domestic sewage and deliver treated water of ambient quality parameter as pH - 7 to 8.0, BOD5 ≤10 mg/L, COD ≤150 mg/L, TSS ≤10 mg/L, TN ≤10 mg/L, Coliform < 230 counts/100ml & Residual chlorine >0.5 mg/lit. (E) Carrying out soil investigation report at site of 54 kld capacity Sewage treatment plant for designing of structural drawing. (F) Submission of specification and literature of all the electrical and mechanical equipment/machinery and components. (G) Design and scheme for all three plants, structural design & drawings for all water retaining structure including sumps shall be submitted after vetting form IIT/NIT for 54 kld plant.(H) Compiling and submission of Seven sets of hard copies of detailed project report (DPR), Arch & structural drawing as required the entire system, design calculations, bills of quantities priced on latest SSR, Soil Investigation Report, design data, ground data, etc. ** NORMS & PROCEDURES (a) One set of complete details and drawing shall be submitted to the Client for scrutiny of drawings for functional requirement. Final prints of drawings duly vetted by the NIT / IIT shall be submitted thereafter. (b) The structural drawings should be developed taking into consideration of seismic Zone relevant to the site. (c) The design of structures should take into consideration the soil properties for various structures determined after thorough soil investigations of the various sites. (d) Typical reinforcement details including bar bending details of all the structural members shall be provided as per IS 456: 2000. (e) The drawings will be prepared on A2 size, using standard drafting tools like Auto CAD and will be prepared based on Zonal Specifications/guidelines and as per mutual discussions. DATA / INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENTS (i) All design and drawings of 1.7 and 2.2 mld plant as prepared by the D&C, Pune. (ii) Site layout plan of complete area and other data like population chart, cable routes, water supply lines, etc. required for design the system will be supplied by Client. We will submit our requirements for details in advance. (iii) All the data has to be provided in soft forms and hard copies of the same will be prepared by us at our own cost. (iv) One nominated officer for providing necessary ground information about site of work and to provide necessary approvals/passes wherever required, being security area.
