Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc upto 6.00 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc Including brick work of jambs and Cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc Including brick work of jambs and Cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron / Mild Steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron / PVC / AC / SGSW pipes alongwith fittings and accessories upto 100 mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of walls, floors or trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic joint less tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement (1:6) complete.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work concrete surface on wall and finished the even and fair to receive tiles complete all as spfd and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonary wall surfaces on fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
