Part-A: Civil Works

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Damp proofing in Walls

Surface preparation

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within the campus as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Step-2 Providing and applying Koster Polysil TG 500 or equivalent primer on the prepared surface as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-3 Providing and applying Talrak Flexeal Elastic or equivalent waterproofing coating on the primed surface in two coats, as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-4 15 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine aggregate) over the water proofing treatment area admixed with Acrylic Polymer@ 10% by weight of cement.

Water proofing treatment in the RCC Roof slab/ Portico Slab

Surface preparation

Step-1 Removal of all the old tiles, if exist and cleaning the same to remove the loose particles, debris, dust etc., then saturating the surface with water, including cost of labour, consumables, tools and tackles etc., complete.

Step-2 Providing and applying Koster Polysil TG 500 or equivalent primer on the prepared surface as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-3 Providing and applying Talrak Flexeal Elastic or equivalent waterproofing coating on the primed surface in two coats, as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-4 Providing and applying Koster Polysil TG 500 or equivalent primer on the water proofing coating, as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-5 Providing and laying vapour barrier polyethyene film of 200 gsm or equivalent without any wrinkles, as per manufacturers specification, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles etc., complete.

Step-6 Providing and laying Non- Woven geotextile sheet or equivalent over the vapour barrier, as per manufacturers specification, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles etc., complete.

Step-7 Providing and laying M20 Fibre Reinforcement Concrete Screed over the treated surface as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Water proofing treatment over roofing sheet.

(a) Surface preparation: preparing the surface by chipping & cleaning the surface with wire brush and free from all contamination. Wash it thoroughly with high jet water.

(b) providing and fixing 100 mm width multi seal tapes over the preparing surface.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

(a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

(a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white color board for backing of cup boards and bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc. of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws etc. all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

(a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodiccoating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerincharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling of 6 mm thick (white) finlight PVC foamed sheet of Finolex (or equivalent) with necessary screw of approved quality in 200 mm interval both direction to specified frame work, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power accordance with zinc coating 600 as per IS: 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 22 mm and 37 mm dia x 40 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5 mm at 450, including providing fitting and fixing of 19 mm wide melamine polished teakwood liping to each longitudinal directions joints all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with

(a) 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

(a) Water thinnable cement primer

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Part-B: Electrical Works

Wiring and Point wiring

Wiring for light point/ fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bellpoint with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insul;ated copper conductor single core cable on surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with piano type switch , phenolic laminated sheet suitable sizes MS box and earthing the point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required

Suplly and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor,single core cable in the existing surface/recess/pVC conduit as required make Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel or equvalent
