Providing and fixing of 30mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter (without chowkhat) made of styles and rails of a UPVC Plug profile section of size 30mm x 60mm and wall thickness 2mm ±0.2mm with inbuilt decorative molding edging on one side. The styles and rails with plastic brackets of size 75x220mm meter and welded at the corners. The- stiles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized MS tube of size 25x20mm and 1mm ± 0.1mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a UPVC Plug profile section of size 30mm x 100mm and 2mm±0.2mm wall thickness welded to the shutter style with a UPVC Plug profile section single panel of size not less than 620mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm±0.1 mm wall thickness with 20 mm panel beading of suitable size /Glass(4mm thick plain glass)/louver section, louver frame of suitable size, as per manufactures specification and direction of Engineeringcharge. Providing & fixing factory made Solid PVC Chowkhat Door frame of the size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at 2 corners & joined with 2Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm M.S square tube. the two vertical doors profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm M.S square tube of 19 guage, the door framed shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using fasteners. a minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos for horizontal member etc. as per manufacturer's specification,conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction ofengineer-in-charge. Supplying Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhat) consisting of 18gauge (1.25 mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fast) iron hinges conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished with 1 primer coat approved quality, fixed in position excluding the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for fillings in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete. (a) Doors and windows frame of size 118mm x 60mm with 40 mm wide single rebate weighing 3.43 kg per meter. As Per Pb CSR 2020 ref. 18.24 a
