Upkeeping of office including security barrack, security posts, roads, drains and jogging tracks at MCL office complex and surroundings up to 3mtr of the buildings. Scope of work i)Cleaning of floors, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, window glass panes, and drains etc once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. ii)Cleaning of toilets twice in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc daily in working days. iii)Cleaning of surroundings of building daily in working days. iv)Drains inside the complex and blacktopped roads to be cleaned at least once in a fortnight. v)Maintenance work as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority basis by the contractor. vi)Collected garbage is to be disposed by tractor as and when required for which payment is to be made separately. vii)The Sweeping materials like Broom ( Long & Short), Mop etc, Cleaning materials like Spade, Poly bag etc, consumables like phenyle, detergent powder, glass cleaner, naphthalene balls, bleaching powder etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of Consumables @ 3.0% are included in the cost for the item. viii)In the analysis the unskilled labour has been taken as 04 nos. per day.

Extra for upkeeping work as and when required on Sundays and Holidays and during Board meetings and other important meetings as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes of inner size (900x800x1650) by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In-Charge. Scope of Work i)Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes inside and outside of Guest house building. ii)Cleaning of manholes as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority . iii)The materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item.

Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In- Charge Ref No.- MCL ,Non SOR/ Nov-2021 Repair/46 Scope of Work i)Removal of chokage / blockage of manholes at the backside of Security barrack and surrounding of Office building. ii)Cleaning of manholes as desired by EIC has to be strictly followed on priority iii)The materials etc required for this work will have to be supplied by the contractor. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item.

Removal of chokage / blockage of sewer lines by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In-Charge. The cost of required materials is included in the cost for the item.
