Floor Conditions: Requires smooth, hardened, and level industrial flooring (like concrete) because moving a 3-ton manual load on uneven surfaces creates extreme tipping and safety hazards. 3. Manual Effort Limitation: Pumping and steering a full 3-ton load manually requires significant physical effort; frequent high-lift operations at maximum capacity are strenuous and generally recommended for intermittent use rather than high- throughput continuous cycles. 4. Brakes and Stability: Units usually feature wheel parking brakes; operators must lock these before attempting to load or unload goods at elevated heights. For item S.No.2 :- 1. Load: The 3-ton (3000 kg) capacity assumes an evenly distributed load across both forks. 2. Load Center: The center of gravity of the load must be centered precisely at the middle of the fork length (usually around 600 mm from the back of the forks). 3. Surface Conditions: Operating on uneven, sloped, or damaged floors drastically reduces stability and can overload the hydraulic pump or cause tipping. 4. Off-Center Loading: Placing the load entirely on one fork or at the very tips reduces the safe working load limit significantly. 5. Incline Limits: Do not exceed safe limits when moving loads on ramps; a 3-ton load requires extreme manual control or motorized assistance on inclines.

   GST: (A) It shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to quote correct HSN Number and corresponding GST Rate. (B) The offer shall be evaluated based on the GST rate quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter-se-ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to ensure that they quote correct GST Rate and HSN number. (C) Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST Rate if quoted by Bidders. (D) Whenever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the Purchase Order, payment shall be made as per GST Rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the Purchase Order or billed.
