Takng down old unserviceable street lights MD /OTM Accn Bldgs and M&L for LED street light fitting of capacity 30 watt with LED bulb having high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover suitable for pole mounting, light source SMD LED array with lens of efficiency >120lm/w, operating voltage range 120 -280 volt, power factor >0.95 weather protection IP66 including suitable size copper cable three core for connection all as specified and directed. Make C&S Cat part No LTESS18x2.5HPLED/LS or equivalent in make of Phillips,Oshram, Wipro

Supply and fixing street light bracket for street light fittings made to shape as directed out of G.I. pipe light grade 32mm bore 1.5 metre long including fixing of light fittings and bracket with MS clamps, nuts and bolts of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multistranded copper cable size 1.5 sqmm x 2 core required for street light connection including PVC casing capping 25 mm dia including taking down old burnt cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Grandlay, Polycab. Note PVC casing capping and cable shall be measured per RM and no extra amount shall be paid separately.

Taking down burnt cable and supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Gloster/ Polycab/Grandlay

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation of laying cable including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed.

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for mechanical cable protection in trenches with width of brick perpendicular to the length of cable, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for 50mm dia PVC pipe for cable protection incl clamps for fxing on wall/ poles and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Prakash Surya.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98 mm (upto Cable Size 16sq.mm). The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen; silicon free, anti acid & amp; anticorrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/69 in accordancewith IEC 60529. Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall comply with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22& IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The Junction Box Black Colour according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant; self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & amp; Current Carrying Capacity upto 102 Amps

The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6/10 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : Cat Part :- KF 1616 B of Hensel/Siemens/GEPower/Rittal. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6/10 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts complete allas per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : Cat Part :- KF 1616 B of Hensel/Siemens/GEPower/Rittal.
