Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying pipe lines, replacing sluice valve etc and getting cut in soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft / loose soil including making good of disturbed bituminous road / hard standing all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing hard bituminous road / PCC hard standing upto 30cm in depth 60cm in width and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pathways / pole coping all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm dia fixed for the following sizes including taking out existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (minimum weight 20mm-200gms / 25mm-455gms / 40mm-690gms)

As per Ser Item No 6.00 above but 25 mm dia.

Taking out GI tubing including connections from floor / wall / trenches for replacement / refixing after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed for following sizes :- NOTE :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

(b) 25 or 32 mm dia bore.

Fixing only steel water tubing and connections including cleaning, removing chokings and refixing the same with and including new GI fittings such as unions, sockets, tees, elbows, reducers etc on wall, floors, in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:- NOTE :- GI tubing as obtained from Sl Item No. 9 shall be reused.

(a) 20 mm dia bore.

Supply and laying in replacement CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings complete to walls, ceilings, floors or in trenches etc of size 20mm outer dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement in trenches ductile Iron pipes, Class “K-7” with spigot and socketed ends centrifugal cast (spun) with factory applied cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating, with suitable push on joint (rubber gasket D joint) confirming to IS 8329/2000 complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 100 mm dia bore.

Supply, install testing and commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock pump set of Capacity 5 HP/3.7KW, 28 Mtr head, electric driven working on 415V, 3 Phase 50 Hz consisting of Cast Iron impeller installed complete including provn of PCC platform suitable for installation of machinery / pump set etc, and suitable MS channel all as per manufactures specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect PVC insulated sheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 6 sq.mm for submersible pump set including removing the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs foot valve CI body flanged type of size 150 mm dia heavy grade and connecting to pipeline all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs foot valve CI body flanged type of size 80mm dia heavy grade and connecting to pipeline all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair foot valve gun metal of size 65 mm dia, heavy grade, screwed type for connecting to pipeline all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable gland packing, supply and fixing new gland packing, replacing of wornt out nut, bolt, washers for sluice valve / pump set of any size or capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dewatering and cleaning of over head water storage tank of capacity 100000 gallons with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae, dirt and removal of dirty water along with sludge using sludge machine and disposal of the same to a safe distance and including scrubbing of internal surfaces using industrial vacuum machine, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized rotary jet machines which dislodges the layers of dirt, fungus struck on its surface and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to walls, floors, ceiling and external surfaces of reservoirs and UG sumps where applicable including removal of vegetation growth upto from tanks and its vicinity a 10 mtr radius all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include writing letters / figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n. exc 20cm height.(Date of tank cleaned in format of (DD/MM/YY) and Capacity of Tank in Gallons with the help of stencils complete all as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 50.00 above but of 25000 gallons capacity

NOTE FOR SER ITEM Nos 50.00 to 55.00 : (i) Bacteriological treatment should be done by using TERBAC-G5 / ULTRA VIOLET RAY / TERBAC-G65 MAKE : RAYS CLEAN TECH / INUS WATER TECH SATYA ENTERPRISES (ii) Tank cleaning should be done by seven stage cleaning and sterilization process.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable mono block centrifugal pump set by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the stator and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding the motor with as per existing size of new super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating by using class ‘F’ insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site, reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections after replacement of terminal block and box, fan, fan cover, testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceable copper winding complete all as specified and as directed for the capacity upto 3 HP single phase :-

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block centrifugal type pump set for servicing after disconnecting/dismantling electric/suction and delivery pipe lines transporting the pump to a reputed workshop remetalling to shaft, replacement of ball bearing of approved make, replacement of water seal, impeller, gland, bush and thorough servicing / check up and greasing, oiling, painting etc, reassembling the pump and motor, transporting the same to its original location, fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commissioning for satisfactory smooth operation including taking down old unserviceable ball bearing/small parts complete upto 3 HP single phase pump set complete all as specified and as directed.
