Inside the Lift by lift contractor. 35.Lift License: Preparation of drawing , payment of charges to CEIG and insurance policy if any and obtaining CEIG safety certificate and lift license as per lift act should be done by the lift contractor. 36. Automatic rescue device: To facilitate the landing of the nearest floor at the time of power failure. Guarantee: Guarantee for the Materials & workmanship of equipment complete should be offered by the Lift firm for a period of not less than one year. 41. Site testing in accordance with IS 14665 should be carried out at the time of handing over (including Lift shaft alignment)
