Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling & removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling & removing 2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Scarping old paints with scapers, sand papering & washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5.0m hetght with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A. Ground Floor

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of water bond cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.A. Supplying and fitting,fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl Choloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Cashment Door- 60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 55 mm x 2.5mm for outer frames,102 mm x 60 mm x 2.25 mm case ment door sash profile and 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.5 mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system,structurally reinforced with hot dip galavanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12 mm thick WPC board of greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clippinglocking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners,silicon rubber sealant ,easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials,accessories,labour charges,materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 ,EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fitting,fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl Choloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Cashment window with top fixed -60- series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 55 mm x 2.5 mm for outer frames .75 mm x 60 mm x 2.25for casement window sash profile and 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galavanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted fitted with 6 mm thick clear toughned glass of SAINT-GOBIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners,silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials,accessories,labour charges,materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 ,EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Factory made single leaf rigid FRP sandwich composite door / window shutter (alternately called GRP) of 32mm thick laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish fabricated using UV-stabilised Isopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) mpregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.50mm Expanded Polystyrone (EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20kg/cu.mtr shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of seasoned sal wood block of cross section not less than 28mm x 32mm and also necessary sal wood reinforcements for fitting the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS) foam shall be used for bending the core material. The finish of door shutter will be plain colour as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Factory made FRP Door / Window frame (alternately called GRP) of size 75mmx100mm fabricated using E-glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) U.V stabilised Inopthalic Gel coat and impregnated with Inopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less than 2.00mm. The doorframe consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six locations for high screw holding capacity for for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement. The finish of door frame will be plain and different colour using high quality pigments complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane (Plastic felt) of 2.25kg/sqm & 2mm thichness consisting of layers having center core of 20 micron thermoplastic high molecular high density polyethylene H.M.H.D.P.E. film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg/sqm, applying & laying plastic felt membrane with 10 cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade & covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm etc. complete.as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Ceramic wall tile (20-30cm size) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles and polishing including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of all types of MS Door / Gates made of ISI marked standard MS Angles of approved thickness and quality of approved Manufacturers with all required iron and aluminum fittings, including mending to sizes supplying and fixing hinged cleats, sand blocks and fixing of oxidized iron or chromium plated iron aldrops, tower bolts, knobs or rings or handles, hinges, screws and other fittings, etc. complete as per requirement including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying of M.S. Angle / square bar of approved size, febricatrd to fix GCI sheets on roof etc including cost, conveyance of all materials complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing of profile colour Sheet in roofing including cost of fittings etc. including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer over new Iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal chargesof all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying, punning, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.
