Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, etc; or for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Supply & Fix Steel Tubular Swaged Poles Type 410-SP-22 (8.5 Metre long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts and screws, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer (externally from top of PCC coping) including writting MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified including dismantling of old unserviceable pole. Note: (a) Earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid separately (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia pin type insulator, polymer, vitreous, white/brown/green, conforming to IS-2486 for 11000 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet Proof according to IEC 60529) opaque street light junction box of size 260 mm x 210 mm x 116mm made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper terminal , MCB SP 6 Amps rating 10 KA with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to 35 Sqmm cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stay assembly using 20 mm stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including loop type insulator, (stay clamps, excavation and concrete will be measured and paid seperately )complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing existing OH lines ACSR conductors of any size/ type from poles / two/ three/four pole structures etc., removing and including two/three/four pole structures taken as credit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections, clamps etc., complete and removing from site complete.

Dismantling insulators, any type , any size and removing from site.

S & F of LED street light fitting of high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Street Light with a minimum system wattage not less than 45 W with a nominal system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments.

Sr. Item No. 51 Contd/… The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 50K hours@L70B50. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤10% @ full load. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Sample Approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. The contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete including with necessary brackets / pipes clamps & nuts & bolts for holding the street light fitting and three core copper flexible cable of 1.5 Sqmm as required at site. incl suitable bracket for fixing complete all as directed.

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork and moulds complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete type type B1 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of man holes, septic tank, etc. set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching of man holes including forming centre channels half round or 1/4 section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or any other situation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers with first layer 10 mm thick and second layer 5mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, finishing coat shall be mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per IS complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC septic tank conventional type for 50 users design to carry sewage and sludge water constructed with RCC M-25 (Design Mix) including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m, brick work, plastering and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2019/STD-01 sheet 1/1 and as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC septic tank conventional type for 100 users design to carry sewage and sludge water constructed with RCC M-25 (Design Mix) including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m, brick work, plastering and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2018/STD-06 sheet 1/1 and as specified and directed.
