Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of walls of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of walls of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of wall care putty 3mm thick preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The painting is to be done using smart painting tools and technique as mentioned in Particular specification.
