Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm in CM 1:3 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dismantling and clean removal of cement plaster from wall and racking out joints 200mm deep including all labour charges etc., complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats of emulsion paint over the one coat of priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)
