Dismantling wall & ceiling boards including frame of any description as in panelling, ceiling, partition, cup boards etc. including cover fillets in any surfaces complete.

S&F prelaminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5 mm thick stuck on inner frame work of 35 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet. The strips should have a groove of 6 mm wide and 2 mm deep for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the wall and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 600 mm C/C. The PVC strips to be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasters. Make:- Rajshri/ Dumaplast/ Decoinn Note:- (a) Work for fixing of wall panelling shall be got executed through manufacturers authorised applicators only under the close supervision of their technical staff. Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm along with one run of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm as earth wire connected to earth dolly fixed on surface of wall/ceiling/in existing concealed conduits complete all as specified and directed. Note: -Two run of 4 sqmm copper conductor cable and one run of 4 sqmm copper earth cable shall be measured as one unit length.
