Demolition of stone slabs and floor / wall tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. (upto 04 storey High of building)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for Item No 01 to 03:- Removing of waste material is included in quoted rate.)

M&L for brick work with flyash old size bricks straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete.

M & L for Brick work with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete walls finishing fair and even in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (Top 5 mm thick rendering coat mixed with water proofing compound shall be laid over 10mm thick plastered surface) with CM (1:4) on of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (upto 04 storey High of building). Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI Mark) ( Fosroc /Elantas beck /Kunal conchem).

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub bases of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anti - skid , full body, Vitrified tiles Matte finish ( any colour plain or highlight , Light / Dark shade as approved by GE ) 9 to 10 mm thick Size of tiles shall not be less than 1200mm x 600mm , in floor / skirting / dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry including sides of tiles / junction of each tiles to be filled / grouted with coloured epoxy compound with spacer having width 4-6 mm thick and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Contractor shall produce test certificate of tiles issued from manufacturer company/authorised dealer at the time of supply of each lot to engineer-in-Charge. )

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L 18-20 mm thick coloured granite slab, machine cut as in steps, riser of stair cases , jambs, pillars, and on floor over 20 mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) , set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite tile including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12 mm thick toughned glass engraved with Eastern command logo in it , size shall not be more than 450 x 450 mm, at the centre of glass as in partitions, automatic doors, sliding door or hinge door and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Stainless steel railing, grade 304 with various type of elegant design/ pattern with pipes/rod/ strip for different staircase, cut-outs area, balcony etc fixed by inserting in holes of required size and grouted in cement mortar 1:3/bolt, nuts and to be covered with stainless steel cap of required size all as directed and specified.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty (in two layers) on old cleaned / prepared surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, roof slab etc, for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length for upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm and 2 mm thick wall care putty over new plastered surfaces using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length for upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour of Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe, spun pipe 100 mm bore in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed on walls with FI clamps and including taking down existing pipe upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of CI (spun) Bends (any radious) complete all as specified and directed (Upto 4 storey)

Material and labour of CI spun Cowl for 100 mm bore pipe. (Upto 4 storey)

Material and labour of CI (spun) Branch pieces, single (any radious equal or unequal) for 100 mm bore pipe. (Upto 4 storey)

Supply and fixing of unplasticized (uPVC) of type-A for use in ventilation pipe work and rain water and rain water harvesting, single socket, 110 mm bore in any length including rubber ring joints and fixed to wall with clips, other slandered material and including taking down old 110 mm dia CI rain water pipe & removed from site all as specified in IS 13592 upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of unplasticized (uPVC) bends for 110 dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Upto 4 storey)

Material and labour in repairs of unplasticized (uPVC) Junction single T for 110 dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Upto 4 storey)

M&L for 25mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type 'B-1' (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as a specified and as directed

M&L 5mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces without using extra cement finishing fair and even in CM 1:3 including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall , ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , as directed .

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
