Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal round level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead GI Strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe from earth plate & upto 3 m long pole fixed with 2 clamp made from mild steel flat iron 32 x 6 mm bolts, nuts, washer etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top of earth plate 40 mm thick RCC cover PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4 gm/ sqmm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6 mm with 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 20 mm GI Medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, including disconnecting existing earthing all as specified & shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I. Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / under hard standing /along poles and testing, Cross linked Polyethylene (XLPE) LT Cable, XLPE Insulated, PVC inner sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 with upto date amendments, including taking out old unserviceable cable any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, boring/cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)
Material and labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)
Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection cover, laid dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)
Material and labour for extra wiring for inverter socket out going to DB with 1.5 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC (using colour coding as directed) insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through existing conduit (conduit for point wiring already catered in point wiring item of BOQ) including making connection to DB and inverter socket) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing plug top 5/6Amp 3 pin good quality suitable for 240 volts, AC supply for inverter socket complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing socket outlet flush type (ISI marked), 25Amps (for inverter point), fixed on laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Laminated sheet shall be measured and paid in point wiring item of BOQ).
