Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, (i) under layer 12mm thick in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, (ii) top layer 15mm thick in CM 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern and colour including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing existing decorated surfaces of exterior and interior walls, ceilings, projections and chajjas by removing the old paint treatment through mechanical sanding using high speed sander (RPM 1500–2700) fitted with inbuilt dust extraction arrangement to minimise dust during operation, approved by reputed paint manufacturers; including removal of vegetation, cutting of tree trunks/branches and uprooting of grass adjacent to surfaces, cleaning the surfaces with bleaching powder solution to control fungal growth and allowing the surface to dry properly; thereafter applying minimum two coats of premium quality 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC content not exceeding 50 gm/litre with UV resistance conforming to IS 15489:2004, resistant to alkali, fungus and dirt with high elasticity capable of covering hairline cracks up to 3.2 mm, of approved shade (Company Depot Tinted) containing silicon additives, applied @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over one coat of exterior primer recommended by the manufacturer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of premium quality 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC content not exceeding 50 gm/litre with UV resistance conforming to IS 15489:2004, resistant to alkali, fungus and dirt with high elasticity capable of covering hairline cracks up to 3.2 mm, of approved shade (Company Depot Tinted) containing silicon additives, applied @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over one coat of exterior primer recommended by the manufacturer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces or brick work of concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats OBD over & including 1mm thick waterproofing putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI wire netting/ Chicken wire mesh 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
