Taking down unserviceable Sodium Vapour/Metal Halide/LED/PL/CFL lamp fittings of any watt and any type from existing position on pole/wall/tower checking its serviceability for reuse/repair or replacement of unserieable items such as electronic ignitor,ballast, capacitor, porcelain holder, HPSV/MH/LED/PL/CFL lamps of any watts to make it fully functional, internal wiring in all respect complete and keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spares required for repairs and replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive of labour element for repair and replacement of spares. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced as and when desired for verification.

Supply and fixing LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 4800 lumen, system wattage 60 Watt, Ingress protection IP-66 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light and removing from work site complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable, 25 Sqmm 4 core, Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, two or more core , PVC insulated armoured cable 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts etc, including taking out of unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block,Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block,Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed. (Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 , flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm in trench complete all as specified.

Taking down existing unservicebale service main / sub main wiring complete all as specified from electric poles to service brackets, wall etc. including removing of unserviceable wiring complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing two single core, 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including suitable size PVC conduit (ISI marked), surface, including 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified. Note :- Two run of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable as in earth wire and conduit shall be measured one length and making good to match with the existing surface shall be deemed included in unit rate of this item).

Supply and fixed in repairs TPN (4 pole) contactor type MCX-22 upto 100 Amps 415 Volts 50 Hz AC supply all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB C-series 4 pole of capacity 40 to 63 amps, 240 volts with 10 kA breaking capacity In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 including necessary connection complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB C-series single pole of capacity 5 to 32 amps, 240 volts with 16 kA breaking capacity In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 including necessary connection complete all specified and directed.

Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of DG set complete i.e. Engine, Alternator etc for efficient functioning including provision of all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc for repair. Maintenance will be carried out all as specified for various capacity DG Sets here-in-after and as directed. (a) Changing of engine oil. (b) Checking clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (c) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, screen filters assy. (d) Changing of water filter element. (e) Topping up of coolent. (f) Changing of Hydraulic governer oil. (g) Tightening of all nut bolts. (h) Greasing of all points. (i) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (j) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. (k) Adjusting valve tappet clearence/timing. (l) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (m) Repair/rewiring of broken/damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine proction devices etc. Note : (i) DHPP (N), lub oil, engine oil required at the time of maintenance/testing will be issued under Sch "B" 'Free for filling' and coolent will be paid separately. (ii) Labour charges for dismantling/taking down and replacement/refixing of new spare parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii) Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, screen filter by pass filter etc will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable heating element from geyser of 50 Litres capacity and Supply and fixing heating element of 2.0 kw 230 volt, testing for its functionality and refixing all electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable heating element from geyser of 25 litres to 35 litres and Supply and fixing heating element of 1.5 kw 230 volt, testing for its functionality and refixing all electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable decorative PL/ T-5 light fittings of 9/ 11/14/ 18/ 36 Watts any make by disconnecting electrical connections for checking its serviceablity for reuse/ repair or replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories such as lamp, ballast, etc from wall/ celing and refixing the same after necessary repair complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Unserviceable / burnt accessories shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only) (ii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced as and when desired for verification.

Material and labour for checking of ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/pedestal fans after taking down the fan carefully from any position and removing from site to workshop, rewinding of fan coil after removing the blades with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and replacement of split pin, jam nut & rubber bush and testing complete.

Supply only calcium Hypo Chlorine 65%-70% Chlorine content calcium based granular disinfectant (45Kg sealed drum) for water treatment, much more stable than Chlorine Gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochoride complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Test certificate are to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

Material & labour for servicing of indoor and outdoor unit of Split type AC of capacity 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0 TR by means of electric blower and water under pressure cleaning & washing of condensing coil / cooling coil by soap solution or recommended chemical, oiling & greasing of moving parts such as blower motor etc. complete of following capacity of AC all as specified and directed.
