Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Complaints for Central AC Plant of any make and any capacity for thorough checking/repair of all accessories and components and reassembling the same after repair/ replacement of defective accessories/components and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge including transportation to workshop and back. Note:- (i) Old serviceable accessories / components obtained from dismantling shall be refixed as directed by Engr-in-charge and labour charges for refixing shall be deemed to be included in the unit of item rate. (ii) Minor spare parts to be included in quoted rate.

Taking out unserviceable each blower motor from existing location of following capacity Cental AC. Dismantling the blower motor, cutting/removing burnt copper wire and rewinding the same of existing gauge by super enamelled copper wire, varnishing heating and testing including replacement of unserviceable bearing of existing and size and reassembling the blower motor and fixed complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) 5 TR Central Plant AC

Taking out unserviceable Secondary pump and motor assembly (5HP, Make- Crompton Greaves) from existing location of following Cental AC plant. Transportation to workshop, Dismantling the pump and motor. Repair and servicing of different parts, replacement of unserviceable parts including mechanical seals and bearings of existing size. Transporting back from workshop, reassembling the pump motor and testing for proper functioning including refixing complete set all as directed.

Same as above item No. 3.00 but for Primary pump and motor assembly (3HP, Make-Crompton Greaves)

M&L for detecting leakage of Air conditioning system for use of nitrogen gas and removes any remaining refrigerant. Pumping of nitrogen and refilling of refrigerant gas again rectifying the leakage and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge of following capacity. (a) 5 TR Central AC

Supply & filling refrigerant gas R-22 for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity split, mega split and ductable split type AC.

Supply & filling suitable refrigerant gas R-410C for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity mega and ductable split type and VRF type Air Conditioner.

Supply & filling suitable refrigerant gas R-407C for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity mega and ductable split type and VRF type Air Conditioner.

Supply only suitable refrigerant gas R-410A for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity mega and ductable split type and VRF type Air Conditioner.

Supply & filling refrigerant gas R-32 A for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity split, mega split and ductable split type AC.

Periodical Servicing and maintenance of VRF AC Plant ( 04 units of 12 TR each, 30 indoor units alongwith Ducting arrangement and cassette units). The job includes as under:- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and carbon tetra chlorite to the cooling coil and condenser unit. (ii) Inspection, checking and repair of all electrical and electronic components. (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing, oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter. (iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refrigerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re-use. (v) Inspection and checking of all sensors and testing for optimal functioning. Note:- 1. Base Ops (04 units of 12 TR each, 30 Indoor units alongwith Ducting arrangement and cassette units for Briefing Hall) 2. Periodical Maintenance to be carried out every qtr (3 months interval) 3. After Maintenance testing shall be carried out by the contractor.

Periodical Servicing and maintenance of Central AC Plant OPS Room 273 SU (03 outdoor units 22 TR each and 20 indoor units).The job includes as under:- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and carbon tetra chlorite to the cooling coil and condenser unit (ii) Inspection, checking and repair of all electrical and alectronic components. (iii) Servicing of outdoor units by greasing, oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter (iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refrigerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re use Note:- (a) OPS Room 273 SU (03 Chiller Plants 20 indoor units and cassette units)

(b) DB-11 (03 Chiller units of 5.5 TR each, with Ducting arrangement alongwith 01 Dehumidifier unit).

The job includes as under:- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and carbon tetra chlorite to the cooling coil and condenser unit. (ii) Inspection, checking and repair of all electrical components. (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing, oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter. (iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refregerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re-use. Note:- (i) GCA (indoor units and Outdoor units). (ii) Periodical Maintenance to be carried out every qtr (3 months interval). (iii) After Maintenance testing shall be carried out by the contractor. (iv) Minor spare parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.
