Repairing of 5MVA Power transformer of 33/11 kv substation Pathra Under EDD Bansi

Dismentling Power Transformer radiater, bushing and removing Power Transformer job from the tank by removing the top cover, removing oil from the tank and cleaning oil sludge from the bottom of tank, cleaning of Power Transformer job and heating in a temporary heat chamber and achieving the required meager value, centrifusing of oil and putting Power Transformer core and winding assemble into the tank and oil topup, again centrifusing oil to achieve desired BDV, fitting all radiater, replacement gaskit, fixing of oil leakage, fixing top cover and H.V. and L.V., bushing, replacement of O.T.I. and W.T.I. and silicagel breather , testing restoration of all connection and earthing to make P.T. healthy. Above work should be done with all safty precautions, all materials required for above job will be provide by contractor except T/F oil.
