M & L 15mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( WPC to be measured and paid separately)

Water proofing treatment on roof surfaces to the following specification:- (a) Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type (b) 15mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab CM 1:4 with using in and including liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. (c) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 lit / Sqm of density 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit of 25º C after preparation of the surfaces. (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch on application with a side lap of 10cm and 15cm end lap weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm. (e) Providing 230 x 115 x 40mm thick machine pressed brick tiles with minimum thickness of joint (n.exc 3mm) and are throughly filled with water proof polymer based joint mortar , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : The tiles shall be laid to the slop to avoid stagnation of water).

(c) Applying one coat of Apex (Assian Paint/ Weather coat (Berger) over old / new surfaces. (d) Making the fold art, traditional, old India culture art styles paintings on the wall by high gloss paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (upto 25 mtr height) Note : Design & painting shall be got approved from GE / AGE beofre execution of art work.

S&F in repair of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain­ ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) in ground floor/paving not exceeding 50 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
