Excavating over area not exceeding 1.50 m deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and cosolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power road rollers 8 to 12 tonne capacity including watering and consolidating to the required level and gradient etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250 mm thick Granular sub base with Kankar or laterite in three layers (Two layers of 100 mm each and one layer of 50 mm ) , spread, rolled including consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two equal layers each 75mm thick (compacted thickness) using approved stones aggregate of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size), spread, watered rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface using heavy duty air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-10) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power vibrator road roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 4.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 4.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 4.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC), 40mm (consolidated thickness) with 6% paving bitumen VG-30, by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power vibrator roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. M&L for factory made cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in kerb stone ,copings,, apex stones, , anchorage blocks, , etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weathering's, throating & two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Factory made concrete shall be approved by GE.

M&L for road marking strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2mm thick (reflective type) of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the likes; exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRTH specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flexible delinator as per IRC -67 made of flexible PU material, height of pole 750mm and 75mm dia of pole, base 200 mm with 3 in Nos reflective strips, fixed with bolts/epoxy glue as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road studs (Cat's eye) made from poly carbonate material with twin molded shanks, fixed with high intensity grade retro reflective lens, battery and solar panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat's eye made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lense on both side of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with glue and nails as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Road safety poly carbonate convex mirror 100cm dia encased in ABS materials, orange colour for outdoor installation including 3 m long and 75mm dia MS pipe as stand, fixed to ABS frame with proper fixing arrangement and including stand painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer fixed on ground in PCC block of size 45x45x50cm of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and including necessary excavation earth work and removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing and laying for 6mm thick average Micro surfacing ,Type II with micro surfacing paver machine (CRRI certified mobile cold mix paver) as per MoRTH specification (section-514) & IRC:SP:81-2008 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of best brick locally available sub class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cable in trenches for cable protection complete and filling the sand in cable duct inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for sand using in cushioning to cable.
