Construction of Compost pit ( 1 Nos ) at Mydeenpuram in Madavalayam village panchayat.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layersw of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by departmental officers with initial leae and lift etc, complete complying with standard specifiacfion and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Solid block masonry in cm 1:5 using cement bricks ground moulded of size 39x20x19cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Colour washing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used (stainers and colour solutions should not be used.)
