Excavation in dumped stones or malba including stacking of serviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed material to be neatly dressed.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 30 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth of necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Carriage of material (good earth) by manual labour including loading/unloading & stacking for lead for less than 50 m.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Carriage of manure or sludge by manual labour including loading /unloading and stacking for lead for less than 50 m.

Spreading of sludge, dung manure or/and Good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer in charge (Cost of sludge, dung manure or/and good earth to be paid separately).

Fine dressing of the ground.

Providing and planting of Nerium oleander (Kaner) of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 branches in poly bag of size 20 cm

Providing and planting of Ficus shiela height 150-165 cm. in big poly bag size 25 cm

Providing and planting of Plumeria alba height 120-135 cm. with 2-3 branches in bag size 30 cm

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/ PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Fencing Work

RCC Standards post/struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1. 5:3(1 cement :1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in charge( cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately).

Supply and stacking of Cement (including GST@18% and contractor Profit@15% on Basic Rate i.e. 5.00/kg or 5000 per tonne)

Supply and stacking of Coarse sand (including GST@18% and Contractor Profit @15% on Basic Rate i.e. 1500/- per cum)

Carriage of Coarse sand

Supply and stacking of Stone aggregated 20 mm NS. (including GST@18% and Contractor Profit @15% on Basic Rate i.e. 1400/- per cum)

Carriage of Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size

Supplying and fixing turn buckles and straining bolts for barbed wire fencing

Fencing with RCC Post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighting 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G,I staples on wooden plugs or GI binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post ( Cost of RCC posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately): - Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.17.1 With G.I. barbed wire

Preparation of Katcha Path

Earth work in excavation by mechanical mean (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches drains; not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 m2 on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. … all kind of soil.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement, concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm ) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Divisional In-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Divisional In-charge

Providing and laying 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with Yamuna sand including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Divisional In-charge.
