Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level a) Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum.

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry 100 mm/ 125 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry with 150mm to 300 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing Polyisocyanurate insulated sandwich panels, The insulated Roofing shall be 50+30mm thick PIR insulated Sandwich panels with density of more than 40 Kg/m3. The top covering on roof panels will trapezoidal Pre-coated galvanized iron sheet with crest height 30±1mm,crest width 24±1mm and pitch 200±1mm & bottom covering on roof panels shall be micro ribbing Pre-coated galvanized iron sheet. Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet shall have minimum coating of 4-5micron epoxy primer and 25micron polyester top coat on the finish surface and 7-8micron primer alkyl base on reverse. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation & installation. Material shall be Fire retardant type including CFC free PIR pannel should be GRIHA Certified. the cost shall also inclued the required hardware accessories such as required Channel, Clamling device threaded GI sheet down rods etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. a) On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying 12 mm thick (average) premixed formulated one coat gypsum lightweight plaster having additives and light weight aggregates as vermiculite/ perlite respectively conforming to IS: 2547 (Part - 1 & II) 1976, applied on hacked / uneven background such as bare brick/ block/ RCC work on walls & ceiling at all floors and locations, finished in smooth line and level etc. complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two Coats

Supplying and installation of vertical blinds as approved by EIC. The fabric should be polyester with both side acrylic coating and should be treated with dust repellent chemical.The size, color, shade and texture of the blind should be customized as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. This rate is inclusive of all the supporting accessories like, head rail, control unit, carrier (Runner), spacer, installation bracket, bottom mechanism (weight and chain) etc all complete.

Providing & Fixing of Sun Control film in windows upto 20 mtr height of approved make in required size of any shade and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. Note: The fixing of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of film.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing Assa Abloy YEH-01A /DORMA pull Handle TGDI-H 600back to back (in pair) with 500mm CTC, adjustable fixing for glass, wood and metal doors in satin stainless steel. The pull handles should have supporting washer with raised bevelling on the outer surface. Length =600mm, 32mm dia, -SS304 etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of 11.5mm thick fixed laminated glass in Partition glazing of Saint Gobain / or approved equivalent make to be fixed with Wall Connecting Profile no 9137812 base rail with fixing holes incl of clamping parts with screws and gasket for 12 mm glass with SS cover profile on both side having std length of 3 per metre ,Finish : SS , The WCP should be used on top and bottom of the glass only complete in all respect including any kind of framing / support required for the fixed glass and should be as per approved drawings and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished with machine cut edges of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately). Granite stone slab of all colour and texture - 30mm thick gang saw cut stone

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-incharge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).

Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gms), for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.
