Providing and installation of wooden rain shelter (Pergola) structure for landscaping in park covering the area 5.0 m x 5.0 m,(Outer Size) using posts, bars projected outside the covering area and Rima of solid pine (Pinus sylvestris) pressure treated exterior wood , manufactured according to EN1432 and timber sourced from PEFC & FSC certified forest and impregnated with environment friendly wood preservatives and wooden deck of IPE (Tabebuia), pergola shelter on top to be covered with Onduline sheets as specified in the drawing and as per design approved by Architect/Engineer-in charge. (a) Post ( Pillar): The rain shelter (Pergola) shall have three posts of cross section size 90 mm x 90 mm (+/- 2 mm) and height 2400 mm (+/- 4 mm) at all the four corners. All the posts shall have 30 mm groove slots with a depth of 15 mm on all the four faces with PU coat complete as per design approved by Architect/Engineer-in- charge. (b) Bar (Rafter): The rain shelter (Pergola) shall have rafters of cross section size 59 mm (+/- 2 mm) x 145 mm (+/- 3 mm) and random length with two sides of 145 mm having 30 mm groove at the middle with 15 mm depth and 6 grooves of 4 mm on each side with 2 coat of sleek base complete as per design approved by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. (c) Rima (Horizontal bracing between post): The rain shelter (Pergola) shall have rima of cross section size 28 mm (+/- 2 mm) x 57 mm (+/- 3 mm) having three plain side and one side 57 mm six grooves of 4 mm depth each with 2 coat of sleek base complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (d) Providing and fixing IPE (Tabebuia) decking of covered area 5 m x 5m of plank size 19 mm (+/- 1 mm) x 90 mm (+/- 2 mm) of brazilian rain forest wood having certificate of origin and Phytosanitary certificate. Fixing with aluminium channel of 25 mm x 25 mm (filled with hard wood) at an interval of 450 mm, with two coats of clear sleek base as specified in the drawing and as per design approved by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. (e) Providing and Fixing Onduline Sheets on the Pergola Top of wooden rain shelter (Pergola) manufactured using cellulose bitumen and asbestos free material using approved accessories sourced from Europe of approved shade as specified in the drawing and as per design approved by Architect/Engineer-in charge.
Providing and fixing of Wooden Benches with Mild Steel tubular section (Square hollow tubes) priming with coat of approved steel primer and black enamel paint and top of IPE (Tabebuia) of size 1320 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm(Outer Size) sourced from Brazil/Amazon rain forest, providing certificate of origin and phytosanitary Certificate. IPE (Tabebuia) plank of size 500 x 90 x19 mm placed at 3 mm gap fixing should be done on top of 2.9 mm thick MS hollow square tube of 45 mm x 45 mm. The Benches wooden portion are supported on a horizontal MS hollow square tube with middle bracing and have 4 legs on each corner with 3 mm thick base plate of size 100 mm x 100mm including all operations such as cutting, hoisting, fixing, welding etc. It should be fastened on the deck wood floor of Rain Shelter (Pergola) screwed. 2 coats of sleek base should be applied after installation as specified in the drawing and as per design approved by Architect/Engineer-in charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
(b) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns.
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
20 mm cement plaster of mix: (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
