Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone masonry built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC un-reinforced in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide, n.exc 1.5M deep for foundation etc and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, Watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated spoil of soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size and shape etc n exc 1.5m high from base of soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 ,1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and diracted.

All as per item No. 1.009 above but for add or deduct each 25mm girth or part therof over or under 30cm.

M&L for PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:6) as in cills, string courses, copings, kneelers, apexs stones, bed plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone boulders gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface built in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6, hand packed tightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified or random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces n.exc 20mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast bond stone 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-inforced concrete pipes of bore 100mm, class NP2 laid, jointed and tested complete as in weep holes of retaining wall complete all specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resitant primer on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
