Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick Walls, stone Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces including mixing water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Note : water proofing compound will be measured & paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound, ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris complete all as specified & directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick to 8mm mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving etc not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified & ditected.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in 25mm thick sub base to floor tiles complete all as specified & ditected.
