Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work soft and hard rock and through conglomerate rock upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channel etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum shingles conglomerate saturated soil and decomposed soft and hard rock hard rock including including dressing of sides and beds , disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3approved sand:6app.graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (M-20)(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

a)Foundation & plinth including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

b)Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete in all lifts & lead complete in all respect excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

i)Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors upto 200mm kin thickness.

ii)Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness)

iii)Edges of slab and breaking floors and walls under 20cms wide.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, winding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. including all leads & lifts completeincluding all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing man hole cover with frame of MS sheet and angle size 600x600mm(weight of man hole not less 58 kg.with locking arrangement cutting charges including all leads & lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

10mm cement plastering in single coat on fair side of bricks/ concrete walls for internal plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises internal angles, chambers not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and Smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3sand) with in all leads & lifts.

Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in trenches G.I. pipe(M) of following dia including providing and fixing tube fittings such as reducer increasers, sockets, union, tees, bends etc. where ever required (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.
