Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor or any floor level, terrazo flooring, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings exceeding 15cm thickness ( above ground level), all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, laying of pipes, cables, poles, stay etc and getting out in hard and dense soil,l all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Filling under floor with any type of soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Soil obtained from excavation shall be used.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, nominal mix, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete as in roof, parapet ,walls, manholes, drains as per site requirement all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC for Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only).

Cutting holes in to brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting hold fast etc the embedded portion exceeding half brick but n.exc full brick and making good to the disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15-18mm thick granite slab (of any type & shade as approved), width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut to be fixed on steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing,over screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting / rounding of edges where requried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter to give rough finish to flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
