Renovation/Repairing of transformer of 1500 KVA Voltamp Make at Khyala BPS. The job includes the following: A. 1500 KVA Transformer 11KV to 0.4 KV of Voltamp Make Dismantling of Transformer, removing all base nut/bolt & disconnecting of incoming HT cable connection as well as outgoing connection with bus duct
Dismantling of the complete transformer, removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breathers & cooling fins etc.
Cleaning of the core & coils with hot oil vacuum machine & removing the moisture from the coils & core. Cleaning the transformer tank, removing the sludges & silt. Heating the HT & LT windings with inductance heating, removing the moisture and improvement of the IR value of HT & LT winding
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage of oil
Tapping the HT connection lead with Kraft tape
Topping up of Transformer oil in Transformer
Dehydration of Transformer oil
Replacement of silica gel
Replacement of complete hardware items/nut bolt etc.
Checking & testing of the Transformer with HI POT testing, IR value, series testing, voltage ratio etc.
Assembling the complete Transformer & installation of the same and testing on load at site
B. 2000 KVA Transformer 11KV to .04 KV Dismantling of Transformer, removing all base nut/bolt & disconnecting of incoming HT cable connection as well as outgoing connection with bus duct
