CAMC OandM of 0.7 MLD Water Softener plant attached to GSR and ESR

Operation & Maintenance cost of 0.7 MLD Softener which includes following requirement from contractor :- 1) The contractor will have to appoint and pay the operator, should have the knowledge of operation & maintenance of Water softener plant. 2) 24x7 Appointment of verified person will be 24x7(8 hr each shift) to monitor performance of plant and carry out daily maintenance of filtration plants and water softening plant. 3) Daily recharging of water softener resin with 500 Kg of Salt dissolved in water. (Log Book maintaining ) 4) Daily backwashing of filter Media to wash out turbidity and other material trapped inside the media. (Log Book maintaining ) 5) Monitoring of output Hardness of water on daily basis and maintaining a report of the same. (Daily in each shift) 6) In addition to above any component or part in our plant malfunctioning will be promptly replaced after bringing to notice of EMD office. 7) The plant will not be shut for any reason throughout the year. 8) Supply of all spares like valve, pressure gauge, Rota meter etc. & plumbing material including transportation. 9)The Inspection team should be visited time to time with other miscellaneous expenses born by you.

Supply of all consumable with Salt, hardness kit, Bag filters on daily basis to operation of 0.7 MLD Water softener plant including transportation.

Repairing & Rewinding of 15 HP Booster Pump (feed Pump of softener) and spares required for smooth operation of 0.7 MLD Water softener plant including transportation.

The water sample will be taken 2 times in the year for Chemical examination Test report for analysis of Hardness as CaCo3. ( 2 Report in the year ) from the authorized Lab.
