Railway reserve the right to order entire or bulk quantity from proven source having satisfactory past supply performance of same or similar item as per para 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway Stores department. Firms will have to submit documents of past performance along with the offer such as copies of P.O along with inspection certificate, receipt note etc. Falling which their offers may be rejected without making any back reference. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

All the bidders/tenderers while quoting the rates should be clearly indicate the rate of applicable duties and taxes included in the prices quoted by them.

i) Consignee: SSE(L/D) HWH. ii) Marking : Manufacturers Identification mark along with Month and Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or on boxes /cartons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be. iii) Packing: As per IRS. iv) GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted. v) All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rate is as per GST Law. vi) Firm should quote their valid GST rate in the column & should provide their GST registration number. vii) If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
