M&L for Milling or Reclamation of existing road surface by conntroled removal of top surface n.exe.50 mm of road by using specially designed equipment (cold planer) as per IRC 120-2015 and removing to a distance not exceeding 500m from work site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kg / 10 sqm and applying premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 40 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note1 : (a) Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, and screed temp minimum maintain not less than 140 degree cellicious finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed 5 Km /hour and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (v) Minimum bitumen content as mentioned in above item, if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 50 /- per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than 5.5% as specified in BOQ. (vi) Prior to the execution of work started the Design mix of bituminous permix semi dense asphaltic concrete should be provide by the contractor from any Governement Engineering College or approved NABL lab and job mix should be approved by GE. (vii) Filler material for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be cement only. (viii) The cost of Job mix & Lab/Feild Testing asper SSR/IS/MORTH as required shall be borne by the contractor. (ix) The hot mix plant should be approved from GE. (x) Levels of existing and each layer should be taken jointly and submitted to Engineer in charge. (xi) Mix weight and batch slip shall be submitted to Engineer in charge.

M&L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (a) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source . (b) Minimum content of Cement filler shall be 2% by weight of total mix and dossage shall be as per design mix. No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of filler is used/approved due to design requirement in the execution of work under this item (c) No price adjustment shall be made for any extra quantity of binder due to design requirement. (d).Cost of testing charges as per (IS),Preparation of moulds,penetration test, Viscosity test,Bitumin extraction test ,, Marshall stability test not less than 1200kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 . core cutting, materials and transpotation etc for job mix formula shall deem to be included in quoted rate) . (e) Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical paver. (f) During the laying minimm 02 x water browser shall be available at site . (g) Levels of existing and each layer should be taken jointly and submitted to Engineer in charge. (h) Mix weight and batch slip shall be submitted to Engineer in charge.

Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agrregate 100mm thick as in Sub base/ Sub floor/ Pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick double coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white /yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic & glass beads shall be conforming to Cause 803.4 of MORTH specificaiton, including minimum thermoplastic paint @ 6.5kg/sqm & spraying of mimimum glass beads @ 300gms/Sqm etc complete all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair of dual reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic/aluminium body stud double moulded solid state having ultra violet resistant color(white/red/yellow) with four round disc containing 28 mini retro reflective glass beads of color white/red/yellow to side provided with steel zinc plated of dia 12mm and of length 120mm for fixing to road by haammering & epoxy complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair super delux quality solar stud of Aluminium body including solar- powered by monocrystal solar panel. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery Approximate 1000 mtrs LEDs- 010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours back up- 12 hours of comtinous lightening at night. Make - SUNEYES/ Dark Eye / 3M/Alcolite/solar ) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair of delinator made of MS of height min 1m with powder coating & reflective tape Height 800mm, Thickness 30-50mm, Base Depth 300mm fixed with PCC 1:2:4, Reflective area 150X80mmX3 strip both faces Superior ellipsoidal design, 3 retro reflectors each and 75mm is fitted on top of pipe for high visibility during day & night, complete all as specified and directed . Make- Cat part no. SI-DEL-3M-246 of Make 3M or equivalent of other make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair of solar delineator made of ABS round body fitted with 1Nos solar- powered light by monocrystal solar panel. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery LEDs- 010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours back up- 12 hours of comtinous lightening at night 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe medium weight 50mm dia of minm height 600mm duly powder coated,anti rust and anti theft steel net,embeded in bed block (Size-150x150x200mm),1:2:4 type B-0(12.5mm aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Make- Cat part no. DA-112 of make Dark Eye or equivalent of other makeas approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair exc 800 mm dia convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark (height of pipe not less than 1.20m from ground leve) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200mm x 400mm) in pcc 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) & including eart work & excavation RFR complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone / saucer drain channel of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for preparation of concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Paint should be applied on road side kerb stone in alternate colour (Black & Yellow etc).

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of New surface of wall and applying two coats of Cement based paint over alkali resistance priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair retro reflective sign board of size 1.2m x 0.90m made out of stainless steel pipe 35mm dia frame and 3 mm thick ACP sheet both faces to be covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC : 67-201, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support and welded to poles 2.10mtr high of stainless steel 50mm dia pipe welded with MS base plate of size 100x100x5mm and grouted in PCC complete all as specified and as directed Make : Dark Eye or Sage Zone or as approved by GE.

S&F in repair High Intensity Prismatic Grade Conspicuity Radium based self adhesive Reflective Tape, Red,Yellow or White Reflective Color, 50mm in Width fixed to steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: 3M or Equivalant as approved by GE.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb,copings, surface channels and drains etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation of old concrete /PCC Tiles/Paver Block Surfaces by bromming with coir/wire brushes and washing down with water to remove the fine dust and applying Two Coats of weather proof floor paint/ Lacquer polish chemical with pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
