Taking out defective submersible pump & motor set 6 to 8 stage, 700-900 LPM at 112mtr head of any dia upto 150mm from bore well with the help of chain pulley after disconnecting electrical connections from motor starter, disconnecting the column pipe from supply pipe line, opening each column pipe by unscrewing nut bolt, rubber packing of each column pipe, submersible cable and keeping a side for reuse the number of column pipe to be taken out upto 24-28 Nos. alongwith submersible cable, for repair / replacement of parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, lowering/ installation to its original position, electric connection of input/ output electric supply, connecting the column pipe to supply pipe line testing to its full load capacity at least for 4 hours and all other relevant tests including any minor repair, replacement of rubber gasket for column pipe etc. transportation to workshop and vice-versa, complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of submersible motor 30 to 38 HP 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase AC electric supply, taking out the burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same and material and labour for winding the stator of motor with PVC insulated copper wire of standard size and superior quality copper winding wire as per the existing gauge including the F class insulation materials, turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. to get the proper RPM and torque & tested to its full load capacity complete all as specified and directed Note :- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Opening of pump set 6 to 8 stage, 700-900LPM at 112mtr head for repair and replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the same after repair, machining work of impeller housing, remetaling of pump shaft, grinding, scraping, cleaning and balancing the same to make it fully functional at the full load capacity including turning, balancing & alignment of shaft etc. reassembling of complete Pump & Motor set and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Disconnecting the 3 phase electric motor from the sewage pump set, taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor, Refixing after carrying out repair /rewinding of motor pump set electrically driven by 3phase 415volts capacity 5HP refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections. Dismantalling the pump, check the alignment, bearing etc. Overhauling the pump by greasing, oiling complete. Testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Repair / spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately

Taking out the burnt winding of stator of motor, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same. Material and labour for winding the stator of motor 5HP with proper insulated copper wire of standard size and superior quality as per the existing turns & gauge including all insulating materials , sleeves , cotton tapes etc and incl varnishing ,drying etc to get the proper RPM and torque. Turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates of minor misc items such as nuts, bolts are inclusive in the quoted rates of this item.

Supply only Terminal block of motor of capacity upto 5HP 415volts.

Taking down for Repair and refixing after rewinding of 2 HP ,single phase,220v,single stage pump having head 18.5 and discharge 5.3lps.(transportation to workshop and rewinding including necessary part deemed to include in quoted rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium Hypo chlorite( NaOCL) chemical solution conforming to IS-1673/86 having chloride content 10 % by weight (bleach liquid solution) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note : Chemical solution shall be supplied by the contractor as on requirement basis through out the currency of the contract .Therefore the contractor shall procure the chemical solution in piecemeal as per requirement .Contractor shall also arrange independent testing of chemical from Govt authorized laboratory at his own expense. Plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick to the internal & external surfaces of the damaged portions of the reservoir and staging and applying two coats of cement base paint to the external surface of the reservoir and staging. Painting with black synthetic enamel paint to the all CI pipe line and other MS work etc fitted with the RCC OH reservoir and staging including making a block in Synthetic enamel paint 1mtr in height black base and writing in 100mmx100mm size letters with white synthetic enamel paint, DATE OF TANK CLEANING complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation & earth work in any type soil for locating the leakage in existing cast iron water mains any type/size 80mm bore (including all fittings) and rectifying the leakage complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any CI fittings/specials, joint & jointing material etc required for the rectification of leakage shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply only DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure suitable for 5 HP monoblock centrifugal pump set 415 volt 50 Hz complete including Power contactor, over load relay range 7 to 10 Amp, single phase preventer, pre-wired, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of cast iron Non return sluice valve with flanged ends and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers heavy duty PN-1.6 of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering MS column pipe confirming to relevant IS heavy duty 3 mtr depth of size 100mm dia with both end flanged /drilled and connecting complete with rubber gasket ,nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. unserviceable column pipe shall be deposited to MES store yard by contractor at his own arrangement. 2. All T&P required for taking out /lowering of pipe shall be managed by contractor and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit in CM 1:4 of size 120cmx120cmx120cm (internal dimension), PCC 1:5:10 as in foundation 50mm thick, 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 internally including exposed surfaces externally and pointing flush in cement mortar 1:2 as the work proceeds externally, angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm embedded in 50mm thick coping as in PCC 1:2:4, MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements with MS handle made out of 12mm dia bar, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including dismantling of old valve pit and removal of retrieved material outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and reinstalling after repair 3 phase 3 HP electric motor from the washing pump set at MT section include taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor, cutting out old burnt out windings, cleaning the slots of the stator and rewinding 3 HP 3 phase electric motor with super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge including all insulating materials , sleeves , cotton tapes etc and incl varnishing ,drying etc and refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections. Dismantalling the pump, check the alignment, impelers and bearing etc. Overhauling the pump by greasing, oiling complete. Testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Copper winding wire and bearing of suitable size cost deemed to include in quoted rate

Material and labour for cast iron fittings for CI pipes such as bends, Tapers any type ,tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction,double branch, cross,collars, caps and plugs,tail pieces etc of any type and upto 150mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cutting cast iron pipes in position for insertion of tee,collar,valven etc of following size. Bore of pipe 80mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Busbar Chamber of size not less than 0.4mx0.4mx0.3m with set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber will be fixed on 04 nos of les made with MS Angle. Length of each leg will be not less than 0.6m. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down to desert cooler of any make/capacity carefully without damaging, scraping old paint, completely and painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after filling the cavities of MS Sheet with filler to external surface and inner surface of bottom & sides painted with 2 - coat of black Japan paint completed all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking down and re-fixing in the same position after painting work shall be deemed to include in the unit rate of this item.
