Excavation in foundation in black cotton soil including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 50 M. and including filling, watering and ramming of the excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 50 M.from the foundation trenches(S.I.No. 257)

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the requirede density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from approved quarry including ramming and dressing etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. No. 255

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion 12:6:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M- 150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth Including cost all materials, labour & T&P, etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement & coarse sand in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour & tools and nts etc. required for proper completion of the work . S.I. 584

Supply and laying of 125 microne polythene sheet of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit and approved coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:1.5:3 including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 279b

Part-B As Per E/I for the period of five years the actual completion date of the work. GST shall be paid extra as per applicable at the time of payment. Maintenance of first year total work amount of P.C. Work.

Maintenance of five year total work amount of C.C. Work.
