Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations of drains, pipes cables etc. over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in width & 10 sqm on plan Soil = 70% (35% Manual means, 35% Mechanical means), OR = 30%

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 in foundation including cost of formwork using 40mm nominal size

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 using 20mm nominal size crushed including cost of formwork

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard nallah stone in foundations upto plinth with 1:6 cement mortar

Dry Random Rubble stone masonry using hard nallah stones in Panels of R/Walls.

Back filling behind R/Walls, wing walls, Return wall etc.

Construction of Crate Wall

Excavation for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification in ordinary rock (not requiring blasting) upto 3m depth for box bridge and return wall

P/L of PCC M15 levelling course below bottom slab and retaining wall and in in catch pit as per technical specification.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade in Sub-structure, Superstructure and parapet Wall Both sides complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bars reinforcement (Fe-500) in Sub-structure and super structure complete as per technical specification clauses 1002, 1005

Providing weep holes in Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall with sandy material complete as per drawing and Technical Specification

Clearance of Land Slide

Clearance of land slides/boulders in soil,ordinary rock nd hard rock including loading & unloading of extra carriage and haulage of materials by tipper for all leads and lifts.

WBM- III & Bituminious Macadam & Bituminous Concrete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects
