Shifting of oxygen plant 300 LPM from JLNM Hospital to District Hospital Budgam and Servicing / Repairs of the same.

Dismantling of oxygen plant along with all allied components like driers, compressors, tanks , servo stabilizer, electrical panel etc.

Cutting of the wall to pave way for extracting the oxygen plant manually by utilizing skilled labours the job includes all the tools and tackles used for this job and refinishing/rebuild the wall to its original position.

Loading the equipment mechanically into the trucks (02 no) and shifting it to the Budgam Hospital and unloading the same by using Hydra crane. The job includes shifting the complete oxygen plant manually from main gate of Hospital to newly constructed oxygen plant room.

Reinstallation of the oxygen plant by using all the necessary fittings, copper wiring, cables, wires, MCB'S, panels, additional pipes and valves etc needed to make the system functional. The job also includes testing of the system after carrying out necessary repairs. Note: The usage of standard tools and tackles are to be provided by the firm and shall be responsible for custody and care of all items till the reinstallation of the system. Damages (if any) occur to any item during execution of the whole job shall be the responsibility of the firm. Further the job should be carried out by utilizing the service of skilled/ technical persons.

Servicing of air driers by way of cleaning the radiators and checking of compressors , however the job does not include changing of drier compressors
