Demolition of lime concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including chaina mozaic, WC etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:7:12 using 40mm graded brick aggregate in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.70 Kg/Sqm over vertical sides of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4(Type B-0) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fillets at corners specialy provided in sunken portion of wc.bath & kitchen etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ,jointfree Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18sqm laid as in floors/skirting, set and jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and ain any pattern and shade/colour as directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1: 2:4 , crushed stone type B-1 as in flooring complete

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
