Construction of Multipurpose Bus Terminal

Supplying materials and labours for construction inspection chamber of designation class 75 B bricks size 750 mm deep, 600 x 450 internal dimension having 250 mm wall thickness in cement mortar (1:6) including 12 mm cement plaster (1:4) with punning on inside and cement plaster (1:6) with 600 x 475 mm G.I. cover with frame (Weight not less than 36 kg.) along with earth work in excavation and 80 mm thick P.C.C (1:3:6) in foundation and refilling all complete.

Excavation for roadwork in soli with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper, trimming in bottom and slopes in accordance with requirement of lines and grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts grades and cross section, lift and lead up to 1000 m including royalty @ 27.48.00 per cum. cost of watering rolling and compection.

Construction of Embankment with material deposited from roadway cutting (construction of emabankment with approved material deposited at site graded and compacted to meet requirements of Table 300-2, rolling with smooth wheeled roller.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to WMM specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density. with vibratory rollar

Granular sub base with coarse graded material (400-2) (construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method rotavator at OMC and compacting with the vibratory roller to achive the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Prime coat, providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer coat at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil Item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M. Including all lifts with leveling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shrubs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E\I.

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. (vide classification of soil item - B)

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 m and lift of 1.5 m all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M. and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets &Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.
