(iii) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iv) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with including supply of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Contd.1.72

Contd.. 1.73 (v) Ponding the treated portion atleast 48 hours, if any leakage / seepage observed the entire procedures will be repeated without any extra cost. (vi) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (vii) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete(1:5:10), type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. NOTE :- (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face to drain the water in to GI spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10mm below finished floor level and drain pipe dia is larger than the nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered.
