ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES FD-67 (M)/351/1031 :- (a) Removal of old existing U/S shutter (Single Leaf) of almirah large steel and S&F new shutter made of 1 mm thick PBI sheet as per existing shape and size incl a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD-75(M) : Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

FORM WITH OUT BACK FD-77(M): Removal of old U/s plank of form with out back and S&F new plank of form without back of size 1525mm x 255mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts (09 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

FORM WITH BACK FD-78(M): Removal of old U/s Seat plank of form with back and S&F new Seat plank of form with back of size 1800mm x 255mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removal of old U/s Back plank of form with back and S&F new back plank of form with back of size 1800mm x 150mm x 19mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

GI PIPE CHARPOY WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220 : S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed. Note weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

S&F in replacement of u/s check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

S&F in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed Note :- short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 85 here-in-before

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item No 86 above.

Removing old UNSV nylon newar from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame and making it suitable for and including supply and fixing 12mm thick BWR plywood and also supply and fixing MS Flat iron of size 40mm x 3mm thick and 900mm long -02 Nos alongwith plwood top and fixed with 6mm dia 65mm long brass coated nuts & bolt with 02 Nos washers including drilling 04 Nos holes on each long rail and 02 Nos holes on each short rail and 03 Nos holes on each MS Flat iron, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- MS flat iron should be paint two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint

CHAIR VERANDAH FD-256/259 :- Taking out old U/S cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

CHAIR REVOLVING TP : Removal of old U/S tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 250/-
